immediate opening for a mid-level Remedy developer to provide ITSM 7.6/8.0 development/engineering support.
8.0 experience is required.
The successful candidate must have experience implementing business solutions using AR System development while maintaining a software development lifecycle. They should be familiar and able to work any phase of the development lifecycle. They must be able to display knowledge on all AR System workflow objects being able to customize Remedy ITSM applications as well as build custom ARS solutions. Must be able to install and maintain BMC Remedy Services including a server group environment. Preferred experience integrating enterprise applications with AR System.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Installation and configuration of ARS 7.5 or greater

Our client delivers services and technical leadership for mission-critical federal government, public sector, and private sector programs. This position is supporting their customer, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. The position is located in Baltimore, on the west side of town near 695, Route 26, and Security Blvd. They are responsible for providing a full range of IT integration services and supporting a multi-platform computing environment, including: information systems modernization initiatives, software engineering, project management, infrastructure services, data warehousing, database administration, research, planning, security, federal enterprise architecture initiatives, research and all levels of Internet, Intranet and Web portal initiatives and migrating legacy architecture to web-based platforms. All employees must be able to pass a Federal Suitability Check for a position of public trust.
