Supervisor: EVP, Marketing
Location: Waltham, MA
Status: Temporary position for 4 months
Key responsibilities:
• Trade shows – create the plan, centrally coordinate and manage the implementation of Red Bend's presence at CES and Mobile World Congress, overseeing all vendors and logistics, and staying within budget
• Web site – manage the work tasks of Red Bend's website agency, add / edit content using Joomla, work with external graphics designers, use Adobe InDesign to create / edit data sheets
• Lead generation – create and manage lead generation programs including white paper promotions and webinars, coordinate with Sales on program objectives, manage vendors within budget, manage leads database in Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, use Pardot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to create landing pages, effective email communications and lead nurturing
• Social media – communicate to the Red Bend Community through the company's social media channels
• Dashboard – analyze and report on quarterly results of marketing programs
• Teamwork – work in a highly cooperative manner with the global Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams in the U.S., U.K., Israel, China, Japan and Korea
Qualifications:
• Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Pardot marketing automation, Google Analytics and Joomla content management system
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or English
• 5 years experience in marketing in high tech
• Effective planning and project management of large-scale, global marketing programs.
• A multi-tasker who can work under tight deadlines and independently
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Track record in effectively managing marketing agencies and vendors within budget.
• Track record in successfully planning and managing trade shows outside the U.S. as well as developing and managing multilingual B2B web sites
• International marketing experience - advantage
