Executive Manager: Business Development & Account Management MarCom Placements is searching for a seasoned agency professional for a thriving translation agency to manage daily operations and bring in new business.
Requires experience in:
- developing new business for a language translation agency, from lead generation to quotes, proposals to close of sale.
- management of the day to day operations of an agency
- managing staff (hiring, firing, evaluations, compensation, disciplinary, etc.)
- managing all aspects of life cycle of translation, localization and interpreting projects, including quality control of products and services. - building database of language, translation/localization resources
- being point of contact for clients
- developing and implementing an agency marketing plan Although proficiency not required, one or more European language(s) preferred.
