Rocket Lawyer´s mission is to make legal services simple and affordable for everyone. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to help us build the best legal services on the planet. The Mobile Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the mobile experience, on the iPhone, iPad, Android, mobile web and anywhere else we find ourselves. You´ll steward our Apps from release to release, and drive the vision on how we can take the experience to the next level.
Responsibilities:
*Deeply understand the needs of current and target customers through quantitative and qualitative customer research. *Passionately represent the voice of the customer to internal teams.
*Proactively conceive, define, and drive the creation of new features that based on customer need, market trends, and competitive advantage.
*Prioritize product enhancements and backlog issues using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
*Create use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) that clearly articulate desired product functionality.
*Collaborate with the Development, User Experience, QA, and Doc Teams to create exceptional solutions to customer problems.
*Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to create the content and tools needed to successfully sell, and service your product.
*Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment.
Qualifications/Skills:
*3+ years of related product management experience or experience with a Business to Consumer product.
*Self-starter with demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
*Creative problem solver who inspires innovation across the entire team.
*Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure in a high-visibility role.
*Experience developing mobile applications and mobile web a plus.
*BS/BA required. MBA or technical Master´s degree preferred.
