Medical Communications Solutions Marketing Mgr, 3 month contract to Perm
We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Marketing Mgr contractor for a project opportunity at a leading hospital communication solutions company. The project centers around the creation of marketing materials and sales enablement tools for joint partner solutions. Deliverables would include the following: Sales tools, presentation development, datasheets, solutions briefs, whitepapers, etc.
This is a 3 month, contract to permanent role, 40 hr per week role onsite at the client's offices in San Jose, CA. There would be flexibility to work 1 day per week remotely. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
o Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates partner solutions in the market
o Manages competitive analysis, especially as it pertains to partner solutions
o Communicate the value proposition of the solution to the sales team and is responsible for the development of the sales tools that support the selling process. These include, but are not limited to: sales presentation, demo strategies and scripts, training, videos and other sales tools
o Assist with the creation of marketing collateral (including solution guides, positioning materials, and white papers) in collaboration with product management and marketing communications
Requirements:
o Minimum 5 years of strong marketing knowledge/experience in healthcare, healthcare IT preferred and/or wireless technology.
o Able to measure and deliver results with minimal supervision, while being a team player
o Strategic thinker, but detail oriented
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
o Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to communicate professionally with customers, partners, and internal cross-functional teams to include but not limited to sales, product management, marketing communications, development, finance and executive management to meet the needs of the business
o Ability to translate technical features and capabilities into customer benefits
o Bachelor´s degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred
