Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Acquisition Integration Program Manager to drive on-boarding of engineering teams transitioning into our client teams from recent acquisitions. This Program Manager will drive the on-boarding program from start to finish of acquisition, sometimes managing multiple acquisitions simultaneously. This individual should be "the consummate communicator," outgoing, level-headed and a flawless executor. The ideal consultant is a high-impact individual contributor with extraordinary communication skills, solid writing abilities, a positive outlook and a "can do" attitude.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Functions as the team lead in the process of Acquisition Integration--requires superb listening skills, intense amounts of communication and understanding of people and what motivates them
* As a member of the functional on boarding team, this individual is responsible for driving and communicating the steps of employee integration
* Must be an outstanding "liaison," understanding priorities and goals of diverse individual/group interests with ability to synthesize and execute a win-win solution agreeable to all parties
* Develop and deliver compelling internal and external programs to create a successful, straightforward on-boarding experience
* Prepare internal and external marketing materials including collateral, email communications, web content and presentations
* Must be a self-driven professional able to extend extra effort and focus to quickly come up to speed (self-train) on all aspects of the acquisition process.
Skills:
* 7 – 10 years of experience as a senior project manager or senior marcom manager—must have proven track record as a senior manager with experience in Enterprise B2B market for a large company
* Best candidate is a "people person," with a solid background for understanding and communicating with professional engineers
* Acquisition integration requires "sales aptitude." Background in partnership "services" selling or product marketing a huge plus.
* This is a fast-paced, change-driven environment: candidate must be proactive, focused and able to develop strategy and execute flawlessly
* Change management background and experience are a definite plus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: written, verbal, presentation
* Can-do attitude with a knack for problem-solving on the fly
* Ability to watch the big picture as well as drive tactics
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team, a self-starter & problem solver
* Ability to positively influence diverse types of individuals
* Level-headed in all circumstances
* Flexibility, diplomatic, professional
* Bachelors' degree
Rate: Salary D.O.E. as a w2 employee of Crawford group; benefits available
Location: 25% onsite/75% offsite at client offices in San Jose, CA
Hours/duration: Start Date: 06/24/2013 – ongoing
