[KITlist] Business Analyst - Customer Facing (Santa Clara, CA)

Responsibilities

• Experience in business requirement gathering, developing functional
requirement specifications, documenting application use cases and workflow
• Experience on interfacing with various 3rd party systems with XML, Web
Services, SOAP, Java adapters
• Interfacing experience with customers and technical team is a must
• Ability to work with various stakeholders and map requirements into the
product features
• Working Knowledge of billing business flows for e-commerce (Order Management)
• Good understanding PDLC, Business functionality testing and customer support
• Technical background is a plus
• Onsite experience on business analysis role is a plus

Years of experience:

• 5-7 yrs of relevant experience in performing business analysis role.

Educational qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Essential Soft Skills
1) Excellent communication and presentation skills (will be interfacing with
customers)
2) Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical abilities
3) Consultative outlook
4) Creative and imaginative
5) Strong team player

Nice to have:
• E-business exposure
• Telecom industry exposure
• CRM exposure
