Jr. Change Management PM
Duties
focuses on IntelliSource and GSS communications and business readiness
•Write, edit, review and oversee release of IntelliSource/GSS Communication documents and programs that support the function.
•Utilize knowledge of latest communications technologies and tools to execute communications strategies including intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, web casts and speeches.
•Review business readiness timelines and develop associated materials for publishing based on the designated schedules.
•Coordinate internal communication efforts with cross functional peers
Responsibility and Interaction:
• Responsibility:
The types of tasks this individual is responsible are a mix of structured and unstructured tasks. This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving routine to moderately complex problems.
• Interaction:
This individual interacts primarily with Global Director of Indirect Sourcing Director of Human resources, to Sr. Manager level employees within the function, and the IntelliSource team on assigned projects. There may be communication with employees in other functions as required.
General direction is provided on routine work, and detailed direction is provided on new projects and assignments; as well as on-going review of activities and priorities.

Duration:6 months with good extension
