- Effectively communicating technical and non-technical issues with the business users.
- Modeling business components, services, processes, and systems. Creating and maintaining common components and services using a layered architecture that will be used by several projects.
- Using IBM Lombardi Teamworks (BPMS) to implement the process models using web based application development techniques.
- Provide production support, evaluate and trouble shoot code and system failures and discrepancies. Analyze performance and design inefficiencies.
