Summary of Position
You're a rising star on your account team, but are you also a gamer? Do you manage clients by day and kill zombies by night? R2C Group is looking to fill a new Senior Account Executive position for its growing Electronic Arts CRM account. Join our team to help us develop leading-edge online and mobile CRM programs for some of the biggest games in the business for the largest game company in the world. We need someone who can step up to a fast-paced environment where product launches are like movie releases and marketing is focused on entertainment. Minimum Requirements
3+ years of direct response marketing experience, interactive/digital experience preferred
Experience with CRM strategy and execution using email and other channels
Experience managing clients and campaigns with high levels of verbal and written communications
Proven experience managing complex direct response campaigns
Proven ability to build strong client relationships
Proven ability to strong peer relationships
Able to help manage campaign proposal development
BA or BS in Marketing, Strategic Communications or other relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Effectively and efficiently manages client accounts, their specific needs and drives clear communication and direction to agency departments so that results exceed the client's expectations
Establish strong trust with clients by developing a strong relationship, consistently delivering great work that is on time and on budget
Manage campaign finances to meet agency and client financial goals
Create proposals, estimates, schedules, briefs, and SOW's as needed
Contributes to overall account team objectives and strategies
Oversees status of campaigns and manage expectations of clients and R2C team members
Negotiates with clients and agency staff concerning campaign details
Presents campaign plans to client for approval
Maintain agency SLA with meeting notes and records for campaigns
Promote a positive work environment that fosters motivation, encouragement, recognition, appreciation, respect, and teamwork
