Software Engineer (Jr)
o Help build out and recruit the rest of the development team
o Take responsibility to work closely with business leads to capture vision and develop technical direction and requirements
o Work with the project team to define functional requirements and estimate completion times
o Schedule, delegate, and participate in the implementation, debugging, documentation, and maintenance of the code.
o Develop code, including the following aspects of code development: architecture, implementation, debugging, documentation, and maintenance.
o Track the development of code; verify that programming tasks are completed on time and meet the requirement. Take responsibility for the successful completion of code-related tasks.
o Go home each day knowing you impact the future of payments and our company
* 2+ years of experience in software engineering (Agile development methods preferred)
* Experience working in Payments a huge plus
* Experience working in E-Commerce, Web 2.0, or Social Media
* Experience working with high levels of security incorporated into projects (PCI / SAS70 / and other certifications)
* Strong background in all aspects of software development lifecycle
* 2+ years of experience developing N-tier platforms / web applications / web services
* 2+ years of experience in database design and database programming
Required Education
* Bachelors in computer science or related field OR equivalent experience required
* MS in appropriate field preferred
