Business Analyst :
This Business Analyst role will have the responsibility of working with a Senior PM and cross functional teams to assess currently Enterprise reporting landscape in order to aid a strategic applications consolidation efforts. It's an exciting and potentially long term role for the right candidate. Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture and Data Strategy is preferred.
Rate: $ 55 - 60 /hr on C2C; adjusted rate on W2.
Start: Immediate – as in really immediate  - Would prefer to Interview this week for sure and start early next week .
Client: Role is at large Networking firm based in Bay Area, CA
Local Candidates please : No Relocation is offered
Requirement:
• Must have: 3 -5 years minimum as a BA / Sr. BA with hands on experience in business process design / process mapping/ data assessment
• Any experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Architecture and Data Strategy is highly desired
• Six sigma / BPR best practices experience / qualifications desired
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams
• Must have sound communications/presentation and analytical skills
• Strong skills in As-is/to-be Business process mapping, gap analysis, requirements elicitation
• Finance background / Functional knowledge desired ; additional knowledge of sales, services or any other functions is also desired
Desired Skills & Experience
• Six sigma / BPR best practices experience/ qualifications
• Comfortable with independently handling basic PM responsibilities (planning, scheduling, status reporting)
• Experience in working with IT to have requirements delivered
• Strong analytical skills in order to understand and drive the plan
• Manage issues and risks through an on-going process of identifying, assessing, tracking, developing and executing risk mitigation strategies
• Effectively communicate the status of projects and escalate issues as appropriate
• Finance experience, MBA preferred
• Engagement with change management and release management
