We are looking for a temporary part-time assistant to help kickstart and run a three month long strategic project. You will be working closely with our Chief Technology Officer and our Chief Product Officer throughout the duration of the project. This involves a wide variety of tasks, from organizing housing at the project location, travel, setting up interviews and meetings and making sure 'everything is taken care of' on an ongoing basis.

About the job:

Help the team to structure the execution of a strategic project within Taulia and organize various aspects of the project delivery.
Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer during the project duration.
Organize housing and travel.
Help with writing and posting ads to find subject matter experts to support the team.
Take ownership of all of your tasks and always complete them to the fullest potential.
Work with other members of the Taulia team on a daily basis to assure project success and timely delivery.

Requirements:

You are very organized, absolutely detail oriented, have a positive attitude and exhibit initiative, self-motivation and drive.
Entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). You will be writing and talking a lot.
You are used to delivering great results on-time and be an important part of a fast paced team.
You know how to use our tools: gmail, google docs, MS office suite or Apple office suite
You live in the SF Bay Area, are available to work in the Financial District and are able to travel to Salt Lake City (2hrs direct flight) once or twice.
