Roles: Looking to hire TWO Program Specialists with Change Management, Communications, Project Management and Hi-tech Services Business background
These are high visibility positions with exceptional exposure and learning
Interviews early next week ; start in one week.
Rate: ~$70 - 75 on Corp to Corp / adjusted rate on W2 – expected to be a long term contract
Location: Bay area based large networking firm
The Professionals will be accountable for co-leading a projects such as :
1. Understanding the Business & Operations engagement within the Go-To-Market Services Business for the company
2. The scope of the project will include working with various team members to design and implement various services that will help simplify the business engagement between the various organizations.
3. Understand the Partners / customers business and operations. The scope of the project will include creating a library of partners business and operational processes so as to enable various teams within Cisco to complete high level impact assessment of Cisco's new Service Offerings, Programs and Commerce Capabilities on Partners Business and Operations.
The Professionals will also be accountable for co-leading business engagement with various stakeholders in the 'Enterprise' and 'Service Provider' functional organization and ensure that their business vision, strategy and execution plan is clearly understood, so as to ensure that operations can meet the needs of the business team in a timely manner and help them be successful. The Consultant will be called upon to support the Fiscal Year Planning and other related activities.
• Demonstrated evidence of excellent leadership skills
• Strong presentation, communication and teamwork skills
• In-depth understanding of various Service functions and working knowledge of Services operations.
• At least 5 years of proven program / project management skills with at least 10 years experiences in a fast paced,
• Program Management expertise and ability to develop / facilitate project plans and engagement of cross-functional virtual teams
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with different audiences (staff to senior executives) and for different purposes (informational to persuasive)
• Resourceful, creative, organized & detail oriented
• Exhibits excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Program Specialist # 1 's job profile – This is more Change management centric role – exceptional presentations, ability to absorb the complexities of the program ; roll up the content to produce exec level summaries , work closely with Sr. level management / stakeholders and other cross functional teams ; also assist in refining the content for vision / roadmaps associated to the program(s)
50% - Communication & Change Management
25% - Business Analysis
25% - Project Management
The second 'Program Specialist' will have similar responsibilities but be a bit heavy on Business Analysis
