Title: Senior Payroll Analyst
Duties This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the US payroll. It requires a person with in-depth technical knowledge related to payroll and compliance. Hands-on administration and preparation of all activities related to a multi-jurisdiction payroll function. Process semi-monthly payroll for salaried, hourly and expatriate employees using the Oracle HR platform and ADP payroll platform. Review and process employee changes impacting payroll; new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, relocation and expatriate allowances, benefits and stock transactions, tax withholding, exemptions, direct deposits, etc .Liaise with employees and third party payroll vendor. Meet all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions. Assist with audits of internal records, worker´s compensation, tax filings and benefits programs.
Skills
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation required
10 years of experience related to payroll processing and administration. Hands-on experience with payroll and human resource ERP systems; ADP, Oracle .Sound knowledge of local, state and federal wage and labor laws, employee benefit plans, employment practices, payroll taxes and other regulatory requirements.
Location:Sunnyvale
Duration:6 months with probable extension
