Title: Unica Marketing Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+ months (renewed quarterly)
Marketing organization focused on Demand Generation globally. It consists of field and centrally based organizations focused on all elements of the marketing mix. The charter is to develop and execute demand plans aligned with country/segment marketing and Corporate Marketing priorities that contribute to revenue growth and improved customer engagement.
Proven track record with Unica Campaign and eMessage modules is essential. Experience with Interact and Marketing Operations is an advantage.
Three to five years administering and executing: Unica Affinium Campaign, Campaign Marketing Operations, Eloqua 9/10, Marketo, Manticore and /or comparable B2B campaign management solutions.
Marketing campaign management, preferably in a large scale marketing environment
Data segmentation, list management or database marketing skills.
Query optimisation, integration and configuration
Administration and execution through the Unica Campaign and eMessage modules
Supporting marketing reporting needs
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers.
Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of email marketing and related tools.
